North of Burgundy, this traditional Chablis is made in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness. A nice golden colour, this wine is a medium-bodied with clean, crisp flavours of apple, citrus, and mineral notes. It is a lipid, bright and fresh wine, which taste and small develop relatively quickly. Pairs well with shellfish, oysters, white fish (pan seared or fried), and goat cheese.
