This Tempranillo has a great robe and a profound colour, and expression for its young age. It has an intense aroma of dark fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, and mineral notes creating this fresh wine with complexity. In the mouth, this wine dominates the fruitful sensations with a good body while at the same time, its leaves a pleasant liquorice sensation, contributed by the maturity of the grapes from which this wine is made. The grapes are also grown biodynamically which allows more earthy, mineral tones to ground the wine and give it that great body. Pairs well with grilled/roasted red meats, beef, pasta with meat sauce, mature cheese (such as sheep cheese), roasted pork, and smoked meats.
